In 2010 by the grace of God the Creator of the Universe, Evangelist Pastor Claudio MBATA was inspired and guided to established a prayer group in the City of Coventry. After few months, the Word of Fire Ministry was officially established in Coventry West Midland (United Kingdom) on 12 August 2011 by a group of Christian leading by Evangelist Claudio MBATA. It has registered with Charity Commission (England-UK) and Voluntary Action Coventry. Its first parish was located in Hillfields on Payner’s Lane and late on moved into Foleshill on Lockhurst Lane.

It started with few members and has daily growing and shining under the direction of Holy Spirit. Members from different origins and backgrounds are meeting during regular weekly activities for gospel, prayers, seminars, bible study, gospel music, and youth service.

WFM is dedicated to support communities through different social needs by accompanying, supporting, making linking with organisations, and guiding all people interesting into their services.

The vision of WFM is to equip our communities with the Word of God from the Holy Bible, in order to invest wisely and successfully in family, spiritual and socio-economic life.

The Reverend Evangelist Claudio MBATA is a Senior Pastor who’s leading WFM assisting by devoted teams of Pastors, Elders and Servants. By the grace of God, they are daily achieving successfully their objectives despite all circumstances of life.

Its mission, by the word of God, show the peoples of the world Jesus-Christ crucified and risen to save humanity. The Word of God is like a fire.
